Chin Up Programme (10-18 Year Olds)
The Chin Up programme utilises therapeutic art techniques and positive psychology theory to create a fun, interactive programme that increases young people's emotional health and wellbeing. It provides an alternative to talking therapies.
The programme teaches young people to integrate the self-help techniques into their day-to-day lives and improves on emotional resilience by creatively teaching participant’s ways to recognise and understand emotions in themselves and others.
