Managing Emotions

We are all faced with a variety of challenging emotions on a day to day basis, and sometimes these emotions can become overwhelming and debilitating.

This course will give you a deeper understanding of the impact of negative feelings and emotions. It aims to equip you with coping strategies and techniques, to help you improve your life by managing these negative emotions, and promoting positive thinking.

The course consists of Anxiety Management, Challenging Unhelpful Thinking, Stress Management, Low Mood, Depression and an Introduction to Anger, Joy and Happiness.
