Workshops and Programmes

Workshops and Programmes

Here you will find information about all of the group workshops and self-help programmes currently on offer.  You can choose between attending a facilitated group based workshop or a self-guided programme which you can do in your own time.  Many people choose to try both methods to find out which one suits them best.  All of the services listed here are free of charge to anyone living in Sandwell, or registered with a Sandwell doctor.  To learn more about each programme we offer click on the programme headings below or follow the links on the right hand side of this page.  You may also call our Wellbeing Co-ordinators on 0303 033 9903 who will be happy to help.
